Go to the home page and type your domain name under “request transfer code”. In a window, we show part of the e-mail address where we will send the code. If this e-mail address is not correct, you should contact your registrar.

Applying for a domain name is based on the principle of “first come, first served.” If the domain name you want is not available, you can either choose another domain name, or reach an amicable agreement with the other party. In some cases, you can enjoin the other party to transfer the domain name. Read more about domain name disputes.

If you wish to edit your personal details you should contact your registrar. If you do not know who your registrar is, go the the home page and tick in your domain name under “verify data”. Your registrar can edit all contact details (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number).
