How and where can I request my transfer code?

Go to the home page and type your domain name under “request transfer code”. In a window, we show part of the e-mail address where we will send the code. If this e-mail address is not correct, you should contact your registrar.

How can I claim a domain name?

Applying for a domain name is based on the principle of “first come, first served.” If the domain name you want is not available, you can either choose another domain name, or reach an amicable agreement with the other party. In some cases, you can enjoin the other party to transfer the domain name. How can I edit my personal details (correction of name, address, e-mail address and telephone number)?

If you wish to edit your personal details you should contact your registrar. If you do not know who your registrar is, go the the home page and tick in your domain name under “verify data”. Your registrar can edit all contact details (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number).

Accessibility

You can easily reach DNS Belgium by public transport, bicycle and car. We are located at entry C of the Philipssite (middle corridor opposite the FPS Finance). Our building is accessible for wheelchair users.

By train

Take the train to the Leuven station. Walk fifteen minutes along the Tiensevest to the Philipssite. DNS Belgium provides Blue Bike vouchers to visitors who come by train or bus. With this voucher you can rent a bike for free at the Leuven train station. Please ask your contact person for a voucher.

By bus

Bus 601 runs along the Philipssite every 10 minutes. Get off at Parkpoort. From there, it takes about two minutes to reach our office on foot.

By bike

There is a covered bicycle parking next to our office.

By car

Take the E40 towards Leuven and follow the 314 towards Genk, Hasselt and Leuven. Take the exit Leuven at the next junction (exit 15). Go straight ahead and turn right at the third traffic lights (Tervuursevest). After two kilometers you will see the Philipssite on the right. Next to Sportoase there is an underground parking. This parking is accessible 24 hours a day and has 700 paying parking spaces.

Deliveries

Follow the ring aound Leuven in the direction of Parkpoort. Turn left into the Geldenaaksebaan at the traffic lights of Parkpoort. After approximately 100m turn left to the Philipssite. Stay on the road (don't turn left into the tunnel). The road turns around the Ubicenter. At the end is a small parking lot where you can unload.
