We continue to guarantee quality!

16 March 2020

We have had a crisis team for several days now in DNS Belgium that has been closely monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and the measures taken by the authorities to contain the crisis. We are doing this in order to be able to take appropriate measures to keep the impact on our services to a minimum.

Operational Excellence, security and pro-activity are core values of DNS Belgium. We consequently have a business continuity plan and a crisis communication plan ready for this sort of situations. They include various protocols that we are now following.

On Wednesday, 11 March, we took an initial important measure to close our office. We are doing this to prevent the spread of the virus among our colleagues and their families. Every employee works from his or her home. We have a work from home policy and an IT infrastructure that support this measure seamlessly. The first few days have proven that our infrastructure is robust enough to allow all employees to work from home, which is very reassuring.

Meetings continue to be held online as much as possible using online communication tools. This applies to internal as well as external meetings. If meetings cannot be held online, we will postpone them until after 5 April.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely in the coming days and weeks. We do not rule out taking additional measures. In such a case, we will update this message.
